Warranty

LCD4Video warrants its products to be free from defects under normal use for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase. Parts or products found defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the sole option of LCD4Video upon receipt of proof of purchase. The purchaser shall bear all packaging, insurance, and shipping costs to and from LCD4Video. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not apply to products which have been subjected to abuse, neglect, improper usage, faulty installation, lightning or other incidence of excessive voltage, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

Some of the products that we sell are Original Equipment Manufacturer items. This means that the item is covered under that the original manufacturers (ex. Manfrotto) warranty and not by LCD4Video. For "OEM" product warranties, please refer to the manufacturer for details. If you would like more information on how to contact the manufacturer, please contact us and we will be able to further assist your needs.

Returns/Exchanges

In the event that a defective item needs to be returned for service or exchange, call or e-mail us to obtain a valid RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, download the RMA form and fill it out completely. You must include a printed copy of the RMA form and a copy of your invoice or sales receipt with the return package.

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement/repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.
