Returns & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to LCD4Video within 7 days of receipt of item(s) for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges.

All returns or exchanges must include a filled out Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with a valid RMA Number and a copy of your payment or receipt. To obtain a valid RMA number, call or e-mail LCD4Video.

For items we shipped to you free of charge, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton.

Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

Please send your merchandise back to us prepaid and insured. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

When returning an item, please make sure to use a shipping service (UPS/FedEx) that provides a tracking number.

If all conditions are not met, LCD4Video reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement/repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a manufacture defect, we reserve the right not to refund, repair or replace.

 


 

Product Availability
We strive to keep most items in stock for same day shipping. In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you within one business day.


 

LCD4Video Limited Warranty

LCD4Video warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, LCD4Video will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product purchase date. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to LCD4Video and becomes LCD4Video?s property.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for LCD4Video. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-LCD4Video hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with LCD4Video hardware. Manufacturers and/or suppliers other than LCD4Video, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser.

Any damage caused during installation is not considered as a product defect and will not be covered by this warranty. LCD4Video does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free due to any type of power failure or installation issues. LCD4Video is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product?s use.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-LCD4Video accessories or products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal voltage, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by LCD4Video; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a technician of LCD4Video; (e) to a product, part or accessory that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of LCD4Video; (f ) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (g) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastics; or (h) if any LCD4Video serial number has been removed or defaced.

 

 

In the case of a defect within the Warranty Period, please contact the LCD4Video for a Valid RMA# and a speedy replacement for your LCD4Video product.
