We would like to let you know that we try our best to get your order shipped and delivered to you as fast as we can.

We ship all orders through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier than your selected method at checkout. In some cases, UPS or USPS shipping methods may be substituted for FedEx whenever it shows that your order can be delivered sooner and can provide better tracking service.

We will make every attempt to contact you in the event your product(s) are back-ordered or for any other known delay in shipping your order.

Customs and Import duties information

If your order is being shipped outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied once your package reaches your country. LCD4Video does not collect duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. For more information about a particular country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking Information

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is picked up from our warehouse. You can track the order by visiting the tracking page of the UPS, USPS or FedEx website and entering your tracking number there.
(USPS does not provide real-time tracking information.)
