Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns or exchanges must include a filled out Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with a valid RMA Number and a copy of your payment or receipt.
All returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new, mint condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, accessories, user manuals, and blank warranty cards.
Items purchased with free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from any refund or credit.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned
Mail-In Rebate Policy
Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to LCD4Video once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.
The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box.
Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Please send your merchandise back to us prepaid and insured. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.
When returning an item, please make sure to use a shipping service (UPS/FedEx) that provides a tracking number.
Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice or reciept.
